  • 1. Brief call We talk through how many people, what look you're going for, and whether you want it at your office or another location.

    2. Shoot day I arrive with everything set up and ready. Each person typically takes 15–20 minutes. I keep it relaxed so people who hate having their photo taken don't look like they hate having their photo taken.

    3. Delivery You receive a private online gallery of individually edited, high-resolution images ready for LinkedIn, your website, and any other materials within 7 business days.

  • I typically work with teams of 5 to 20 people in a single day. Larger teams can be split across two days. I'll plan the schedule to minimise disruption to your working day.

  • Yes. I bring all the equipment needed to set up a clean, consistent backdrop wherever you are. Most corporate shoots take place at the client's office across Kensington, Chelsea, and Central London. If your space isn't suitable, I can suggest locations nearby.

  • Roughly 15–20 minutes per person. I keep things moving, so your team isn't pulled away from work for long.

  • It happens. We can either schedule a short follow-up session to capture anyone who was away, or work around it from the start if you know in advance.

  • Each person receives a set of individually retouched, high-resolution images delivered via a private online gallery within 7 business days of the shoot. Files are ready for LinkedIn, your website, press materials, and internal use.
